The diverse breakfast options were a great start to our day on the slopes.
The communication regarding locker room access was somewhat confusing during peak times.

I came here for 5 nights and had a great stay. The hotel property was perfect with good location short walk to ski rental, the restaurant which opens for lunch and dinner at 7.30 p.m., and the blue and red slopes above. The breakfast was warm with bacon and pastries, for example and the ambiance was quiet. The good service and the attention to detail! Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

Nice staff, spacious rooms
For juice and water there were only plastic cups in the morning. That won't do.

Excellent location right at the bottom of the slopes, good standard of rooms for a ski hotel
Swimming pool etc was £12.50 per day per guest, very expensive. Beds were extremely hard.

The dining experience was truly great, with a variety of delicious Italian options. Plus, the spa facilities were a nice way to unwind after skiing, though the noise from the bar was a bit intrusive at night. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The location
Phone was broken SPA is not included and the level of it is pretty bad (cold swimming pool and hamman not working) Light coming into the room through the curtains Bed as hard as wood Decor pretty old fashioned But most of all the staff was pretty useless: - They forgot to give us back the documents (despite the fact that we asked them), so we had to drive back for some time in order to get them back! - Wifi codes was meant to work for 4 devices and worked for 2

Ski fun in Bardonecchia 🎿
The location is lekker, just a skip to the slopes! Staff are super friendly, and the food was awesome-had three courses for dinner! The layout of the hotel is quite unique, and our room was spacious with loads of storage. Defs enjoyed the spa area too!
The beds were a bit hard for my liking. Could've used a softer mattress.

Here's what works, and what doesn't
The friendly personnel made our stay nice, going the extra mile to assist with our motorcycles and ensuring we were comfortable throughout.
The beds were notably hard, leading to discomfort after long days on the slopes.

missingWrote a review on 17 Novwell trained staffawkward room layoutmediocre breakfast
The hotel had knowledgeable local staff that enhanced our stay.
The layout of my room made it difficult to access the wardrobe, really frustrating. It felt awkward coming out of the shower, and I had to navigate around furniture just to get a towel. Breakfast was mediocre, and the presentation with paper cups was disappointing, especially for a hotel.

We had the best time here! After a long ride, the staff let us wash our muddy motorcycles with a garden hose, which was a really nice touch. Plus, the indoor pool and sauna were great for relaxation after a day on the slopes, though the beds were a bit hard for my tastes. Definitely recommend bringing your own snacks for the room! 😊
